Outside Seoul: Busan, Jeju & beyond

Korea's organized Jewish life is concentrated at Chabad of Korea in Seoul. There is no reliably staffed public Chabad or synagogue in Busan, Jeju or other cities that you should count on. If you travel outside Seoul, carry sealed kosher provisions, arrange main meals around the days you are in Seoul, and coordinate with Chabad of Korea in advance — they are the point of contact for the whole country. Confirm anything you need before you leave the capital.
