서울

Seoul

Korea's capital — grand palaces, buzzing markets and nightlife, with the cutting-edge and the traditional side by side. Most trips start and center here.

Getting there & around

From Incheon Airport — The AREX express reaches Seoul Station in about 43 minutes (~₩11,000); the all-stop AREX is cheaper (~₩4,700). Airport limousine buses reach many neighborhoods (~₩17,000).
Getting around — The subway is extensive, cheap (a ride ~₩1,400) and English-signed — use a T-money card. For taxis, use the Kakao T app. Easy even without Korean.

Fares and times are approximate — check current schedules when you book.
